We were able to come across a new Hououmida sake.
The aroma is fruity like white grapes, and it has a tremendous freshness.
The sweetness seems to have increased on the second day, rather than immediately after opening the bottle, but the slight bitterness in the aftertaste keeps me from getting tired of drinking it. It is great for sipping while enjoying a small snack.
