Made with Kyoto's sake rice, Kyo-no-Kiraki. It has a mild sweetness, and in a sense, a mellowness that is not typical of jun-dai.

18 breweries' sake drinking comparison set 🍶 at the Fushimi Sake Festival in Tenmabashi Station Square I was able to enjoy all of Fushimi's female sake at once 💖. There were a variety of sakes, from refreshing dessert-like sakes, but I think Keicho would be the best for me.
