Akabu Galaxy It was delicious! Even my relatives who normally don't enjoy sake appreciated it and drank it in gulps! I also opened a bottle of Sansho and compared them, but this one was a little drier and more refreshing for my liking. It is worth 3,300 yen!

Houou Mida Mikumari Daiginjo for 1,500 yen for a four-pack. The bottle was opened with confidence that it would be cosmetically perfect. It was so refreshing! I felt an aroma like that of a fatty fat produced in Kumamoto. When I drank it, it was carbonated and refreshing, but had a strong aftertaste. It's delicious! I drank a bottle of it with a meal. My wife seemed to be more concerned about the strong aftertaste than the initial impression, so she didn't drink much more.

Sharaku Banshu Yamadanishiki It has a kind of premier taste. The aroma is mild. It tastes great when drunk, but it really comes into its own when served with food. The peculiarity and aroma of chicken liver and blue cheese are not overpowered by the flavor of the rice. We recommend drinking it with food rather than on its own.

Tasake microBubble Raw The first sip is easy to drink! As you continue drinking, the aroma is mildly fruity, but the alcohol content is a solid 15%. It's like a carbonated rice wine! It also has the sensation of drinking a 5% Saint's Swiss, which bugs me. Carbonation in sake is amazing! I would like to try it with sweet sake!

Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Following the Jukinmu Sparkling and Nami Label, Wakanami, which I have been into recently! It has a solid feel, yet it's easy to drink. Fruity and sharp. I would be happy if I could drink this everyday.
