I got a limited sales notice from my regular liquor store, but I gave up on the brand because I was going on a trip to Shirahama. But it was sold in the Shirahama Toretore Market and I was able to buy it (laughs). It's a delicious sake with a sweet flavor.

This is the second brand of Shinsei. It is an amazing sake. I can easily understand why it is a popular brewery. It may be hard to find, but it seems to be worth the effort.

This is the second bottle I got from the Hanpu-kai, which is entrusted to the sake shop. It has a really nice refreshing sour aftertaste. This is delicious😋.
