Clean and dry. Easy to drink. When I matched it with oden, it is a perfect match. It goes well with the sweetness of the soup stock. It is softer than the one I remember in the past. Is it because of the hiyaoroshi?

Smooth Drinking
The rice is sweet and the aroma is not that strong, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Is this common to Aomori's sake? After a few days after opening the bottle, the spikes are removed and the wine settles down.

Apparently it is only available at a limited number of liquor stores in Aomori. It's just rice. It's a condensed rice. Even so, it's not harsh and you can keep drinking it. It goes excellently with dishes, especially with simmered or fried foods. It is rare that you can drink many times more in spite of the strong feeling of pure rice.

Beautiful sake. It comes in smoothly, with a light ginjo aroma. From there, there's a light, smooth mouthfeel and the sweetness of the rice spreads. There is no harsh aroma and it is not overly assertive. It's good!

It's gorgeous and doesn't interfere with the food. It was too easy to drink and I emptied it in no time. It's less sweet and more crispy than Pure Black.

The taste of rice is very strong. And yet it is not dull. The floral aroma and light froth make it refreshing and gorgeous. The sweetness is strong but not too sweet. It goes well with seared bonito, and it also goes well with pints of sake.

The taste is refreshing and crisp. The richness of the flavor of the Nabeshima taste is restrained. Because it is a ginjo, it has an alcoholic taste. Those who are interested in it may not be interested in it. Nevertheless, it is a delicious summer-like sake.

Gorgeous honey-sweetness, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, but that's what sets it off. According to the liquor store, the label was camouflage at first. Self Defense Force? They made it blue because it was too straightforward.

Elegant high road. It is not too strong but not too bad. It goes well with everything from sashimi to fried food. By the way, it is recommended to drink it with a wine glass, but I prefer a ceramic glass. If it is a wine glass, a red wine glass is good.

Recommended by a liquor store in Kochi.
Goes well with meals. It is called "Summer Sake" or "Kochi Sake".
Image dry, strong in a good way.
It betrayed me. It's delicious and goes on smoothly.

It's fruity and hard to believe it's pure rice.
It has an elegant sweetness that I have never had before.
It is not sweet, so people drink it aggressively.
