It is hard to believe it is Junmai.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the great sweetness from the slight foam. There is no sake taste at all. It goes well with a wine glass or a tin. The best new sake. It's delicious! Cheap!

Yum! Gorgeous aroma, sizzling slight carbonation, no boozy aftertaste. The sweetness is pervasive but not overpowering. Goes well with wine glasses and tinware. It can be served with anything. Sashimi may be a bit of a no-no because the sake will overpower it.

Tottori's sake is still powerful. This one smells quite fruity and floral, but the strength of the rice still stands out. The tin goes well with it.

There is a hint of Omachi's density in the aroma, but more than that, it has a smooth and clean mouthfeel and a sweet taste like a fallen goose. I like many sakes from Gifu.

The label is unusual and jacketed. I thought it would be a refreshing summer sake, but it has a unique flavor, like white wine. It smells like an orange. It's easy to drink on the rocks.
