It's just plain delicious, and for a little over 1,400 yen with these specs, it's amazing... The label is stylish and nice, too--I'd like to try the others!

It had a strong sense of being a jacket buy, but it also tastes like an honor student! The aroma is not strong and gorgeous, and the Junmai Ginjo is dry and refreshing. The foaming sensation was moderate. It is recommended to drink completely cold. The blue bottle is refreshing to look at too!

Today we had Junmai-shu heated up for nabe. It has a subdued aroma and a subdued taste, but it plays a great supporting role to complement the meal! The pungency is a little strong, but I think this kind of sake is good for everyday drinking.

The first time I drank Ryusei, it was a nama yeast of Omachi, and I was not very good at it because it was very aged. This one has a fresh taste! The aroma is not high, but it has a faint ginjo scent. In addition to the sweetness of the rice, there is a banana type sweetness. The acidity can be felt quite a bit, and a spicy aftertaste remains. It seems to go well with relatively strong flavored dishes.

This Junmai Ginjo has a fruity taste like melon and banana pushed out to the full. It's more of an aperitif or a sake by itself. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and it can be recommended to everyone! I wish there were more places to buy it. My son also seems to be interested in it.

It has a mineral aroma. It gives the impression that the water must be good as well as the rice. The aroma is very subdued and the taste is clear and simple, making it very easy to drink. It was one of those bottles that I can understand why they insist on making it a sake for eating. PS: The taste seems to have changed quite a bit on the second day. I think the acidity has become more prominent... cheese-type?

Otokoyama which I got from my relative. This is a bottle that was supposed to be exported to America. It is very spicy and has a lot of bitterness. I think it is good to have it at room temperature or chilled. It goes well with Japanese food, sashimi, and of course quattro formaggi. lol

The aroma is not high, but sweet, like Pocari, for example. When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised to find that it is more fizzy than expected. In the aftertaste, the sweetness of the rice stands out, but in a good way, the sake is refreshing without feeling like sake, and the sake goes on smoothly.
