Enjoy Sake Day 3
I took a sip of what my companion ordered! It tasted like pineapple as rumored, a taste I have never encountered before 🍍I would recommend it to my friends who like fruit wine 😌.
Sake Enjoying Day 2
It was fruity and easy to drink with a clean aftertaste ✨I thought it was a perfect sake for women because it had a gorgeous spring feeling as shown on the back label (I forgot to take a picture of it 🌸).
Sake Enjoying Day①
We had it with assorted sashimi 🐟.
Although it is a junmai ginjo, it is slightly dry and refreshing without being too sweet, making it easy to pair with a meal!
I had this dish at a Japanese restaurant yesterday 🍶.
The owner explained that the sweetness was kept to a minimum to achieve a super dry taste 🔥.
In fact, it was not as dry as I had imagined, and the taste was soft and refreshing!
The alcohol content was high at 18% due to the meticulous production process, which made it easier to feel the stimulation of the sake!
It was an interesting drink that was easy to pair with food, but still had a strong presence 🐱✨.
Sake with meat? I was skeptical and tried it,
It was also a little dry and light, and had a good balance with the rare meat with a strong flavor 🐮.
It was the easiest drink of the day, with the least peculiar taste ✨.
The second kind is more dry, here 💁♀️
It has a crisp aftertaste and is perfect for fried food! It is best served as a main dish in the latter half of kaiseki 😌(The picture is of scallop tempura 🫶).
I felt like I was drinking sake! It was very easy to drink and went very well with the pickled yam and octopus with wasabi that we had together! It was very easy to drink!
