Here is the end of my trip to Akita. I usually don't drink sake during the day, but I was able to enjoy Shinsei No. 6 at such a reasonable price. Akita is the best. It's an orthodox sake with a raw yeast yeast and wooden vat brewing, but it tastes so good. Shinmasa is the best!
