I was blessed with the opportunity to drink it. This is the first Christmas label in two years. The carbonation was strong. The sourness and astringency were more pronounced than when I drank it before. Thank you very much for the drink.

Start drinking in 2021 with this drink. Alcohol is high. We had it chilled to the bone. It has a different character from the Yamahai Junmai and Junmai Ginjo I've drunk before, and has a strong punch. The foaming sensation is just a little. We enjoyed it very much.

In terms of the sake I've drunk, it's probably close to Yukino Kayasha Daiginjo and Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku. It's sweet and thick on its own, but with food it's somehow refreshing to drink.

We receive this sake every year. It was completely up to my expectations. Delicious as always! It's sweet but crisp. It's also dry and schmaltzy. The only downside is that the bottle tends to get soggy.

Literally dry. After about 3 days of opening the bottle, it's nice. It has the feel of Matsunoji that I drank before. I'm amazed that they can make both this sake and Hanamura.

My favorite Abukuma. I bought this year when a 4-grain bottle was released in Omachi. It's pretty hard right after opening the bottle. It's mineral. It has a bitter taste, but it is complex at the back. It's not to everyone's taste, but it's a good impression. After three days, the taste changed a lot. Rice flavor and a little sweetness. It has a touch of Matsunoji that I drank the other day. I think it will become more to my liking as time goes by, but since it's a 4g bottle, I'll finish it. It might be better to enjoy the change in flavor in a single bottle.

It was a gift. The taste didn't settle down for a while after opening the bottle, but I felt it was an elusive sake. It tasted very good five days after opening the bottle. I think it is best to drink it soberly over several days.
