My favorite Abukuma.
I bought this year when a 4-grain bottle was released in Omachi.
It's pretty hard right after opening the bottle. It's mineral. It has a bitter taste, but it is complex at the back.
It's not to everyone's taste, but it's a good impression.
After three days, the taste changed a lot.
Rice flavor and a little sweetness. It has a touch of Matsunoji that I drank the other day.
I think it will become more to my liking as time goes by, but since it's a 4g bottle, I'll finish it.
It might be better to enjoy the change in flavor in a single bottle.
