This is the first brand of this sake. It is a sweet and sharp sake, which I have never encountered in Akita sake before. It is similar to the Kafuda sake that I have had so far. At first I thought it might be too sweet, but it can be used as a food sake.

This is the first time for me to try a famous sake from Hiroshima. Recently, I try to start with junmai class sake when I drink a brand for the first time. If the sake is good, I will try a more expensive sake. This sake is perfect as a food sake. It has no off-flavor, no acidity, and a very moderate sweetness and umami. It is a sake that does not interfere with food. We are determined to try another one. Following Amego no Tsuki, I have not missed any sake from Hiroshima so far.

It is a food sake that goes well with Japanese food. Immediately after opening the bottle, the alcohol seems to be a little strong. As time goes by, the whole body becomes mellower and the umami of the rice seems to come out, and I prefer it about 3 days after the bottle is opened. I preferred it about 3 days after opening the bottle. The soft mouthfeel is also good.

It was a so-called classic type of sake. There was quite a bit of bubbles in the glass, probably because it was a draft sake. When the bottle is opened, it makes a popping sound for a few days. It is probably better to drink it at a higher temperature than room temperature rather than cold.

This sake shows various expressions depending on the time and temperature after the bottle is opened. Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a unique flavor with a peculiar smell and multiple acids. After a few days, the taste settled down and became a cohesive sake. After about 3 days, I thought it would be best to serve it with meat dishes when it was cooled to a crisp or slightly closer to room temperature.

The second kind of purple space. We received Yamada Nishiki. What this brand has in common so far is that the taste does not change in a good way even a few days after opening the bottle. I was thankful to enjoy it over a week or so. It might taste better if it is well chilled.

My usual liquor store had it in stock, so I bought it, thinking it was a luxury. This is the first time I bought and drank it. The moment I put it in my mouth, I had a momentary impression that it was like Tasake Special Junmai, but from there it was completely different. Compared to the special junmai, which gave a crisp impression right to the end, this one had a complex mix of flavors. It has a complex mix of flavors: floral, bitter, and umami. I like the fact that the flavor is maintained even after several days.

It has been a long time since Sake-no-wa resumed. It was a sweet but sharp sake of the packaged sake type. It was the first brand I tried, but it was very good. The price is also reasonable. According to the store staff, Yamadanishiki will be next, so I am looking forward to that as well.
