サクマシンイチロウ
In terms of the sake I've drunk, it's probably close to Yukino Kayasha Daiginjo and Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku.
It's sweet and thick on its own, but with food it's somehow refreshing to drink.
