The last one is Mutsu Hachisen! The bottle, colored like the clear sea, evokes a sense of summer! The sweetness is moderate and the mouthfeel is truly refreshing, but the brewed alcohol gives it body and a beautiful crispness. I lumped all of them together as "summer sake," but they all had different summery tastes, and it was a good comparison. I was so glad to be able to drink them all after a day off from drinking alcohol.

Summer is next! It's like summer! The aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is light! It has a slight sweetness and is cut by acidity. I'm getting addicted to this type of wine lately. I like the refreshing, but I also like the light, acidic taste.

After a day off from drinking, we had a short drink before our monthly meeting. We compared summer sake! The label doesn't give the impression of summer, but it is a little sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It's hot and easy to drink, which is perfect for summer! I was going to drink it slowly and savor it, but I guess it will run out soon...

Next in the Toyo Bijin drinking comparison was Omachi. Like the Yamadanishiki we just drank, it is elegant and well put together, but I could taste more sweetness and umami. Overall, it is very easy to drink and refreshing, but the Omachi has more volume at the beginning, so it is more satisfying and I prefer this one. If you want to drink it slowly, Yamada-Nishiki is more relaxing. If I were to compare the two, I would choose the Omachi because of its impact. Thank you very much for your help!

We compared the two wines with Toyo Bijin's Jyundo Isshu, which was selected by the store staff! We started with Yamadanishiki. The last one was also delicious! The mouthfeel is not so heavy, but the umami and sweetness come through and disappear beautifully... Easy to drink and delicious. It's easy to drink and tasty.

The last drink comparison was left to the store. Oh, cool labels I'm seeing for the first time! All of the sakes selected this time had a short, refreshing aftertaste, but Saku was fruity and had a nice, clean finish from start to finish. I want to buy this one and keep it at home!

I used to drink only cel24, which is available in supermarkets, but this was my first time to try Kameizumi with a different yeast! It does not have the fruity, mellow aroma of cel24, but it has a soft rice aroma and mouthfeel. It has a clean, elegant sweetness with little aftertaste. I think I'll drink more of this one because I won't get tired of it.

I should have gone to buy some Yokoyama for drinking at home the other day, but I was tempted by Yokoyama Goju, so I chose it as my revenge. I like the way the sweetness and umami goes through the mouth! I haven't opened the bottle yet, but did I make a bad choice?
