sibylla_tksI had never seen Kido before!
Compared to the Kido I've had so far, it is softer at the beginning and has a more pronounced rice flavor.
Combined with the difference from the usual label, my impression of Kido has changed a bit.
I wonder if there is somewhere I can buy this too... sibylla_tksThe first iso boast I've ever had the pleasure of drinking!
This one is also clear and crisp.
It has more body than Sairai, but it is still so clear.
It is perfect for a mealtime drink!
I haven't seen this one sold in the prefecture... sibylla_tksIt has a light, refreshing aftertaste.
The fruity aroma and sweetness are well balanced, making it a sake that will appeal to everyone.
It makes you want to go to a restaurant that carries this kind of sake! sibylla_tksThe last one is Mutsu Hachisen!
The bottle, colored like the clear sea, evokes a sense of summer!
The sweetness is moderate and the mouthfeel is truly refreshing, but the brewed alcohol gives it body and a beautiful crispness.
I lumped all of them together as "summer sake," but they all had different summery tastes, and it was a good comparison.
I was so glad to be able to drink them all after a day off from drinking alcohol. sibylla_tksSummer is next! It's like summer!
The aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is light! It has a slight sweetness and is cut by acidity.
I'm getting addicted to this type of wine lately.
I like the refreshing, but I also like the light, acidic taste. sibylla_tksAfter a day off from drinking, we had a short drink before our monthly meeting.
We compared summer sake!
The label doesn't give the impression of summer, but it is a little sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It's hot and easy to drink, which is perfect for summer!
I was going to drink it slowly and savor it, but I guess it will run out soon... sibylla_tksNext in the Toyo Bijin drinking comparison was Omachi.
Like the Yamadanishiki we just drank, it is elegant and well put together, but I could taste more sweetness and umami. Overall, it is very easy to drink and refreshing, but the Omachi has more volume at the beginning, so it is more satisfying and I prefer this one.
If you want to drink it slowly, Yamada-Nishiki is more relaxing.
If I were to compare the two, I would choose the Omachi because of its impact.
Thank you very much for your help! sibylla_tksWe compared the two wines with Toyo Bijin's Jyundo Isshu, which was selected by the store staff!
We started with Yamadanishiki.
The last one was also delicious!
The mouthfeel is not so heavy, but the umami and sweetness come through and disappear beautifully...
Easy to drink and delicious. It's easy to drink and tasty. sibylla_tksThe last drink comparison was left to the store.
Oh, cool labels I'm seeing for the first time!
All of the sakes selected this time had a short, refreshing aftertaste, but Saku was fruity and had a nice, clean finish from start to finish.
I want to buy this one and keep it at home! sibylla_tksI used to drink only cel24, which is available in supermarkets, but this was my first time to try Kameizumi with a different yeast!
It does not have the fruity, mellow aroma of cel24, but it has a soft rice aroma and mouthfeel.
It has a clean, elegant sweetness with little aftertaste.
I think I'll drink more of this one because I won't get tired of it. sibylla_tksIt is sweet and tasty with a slightly low alcohol content, making it very easy to drink!
The aftertaste is also sweet, but it doesn't linger, and I drank it in one gulp.
Check this out... sibylla_tksIt has a slightly acidic taste, but it is sharp and goes away quickly.
I have not had many opportunities to taste sake from Tokyo, so I was deeply moved to think that this sake was made in Minato Ward... sibylla_tksI should have gone to buy some Yokoyama for drinking at home the other day, but I was tempted by Yokoyama Goju, so I chose it as my revenge.
I like the way the sweetness and umami goes through the mouth!
I haven't opened the bottle yet, but did I make a bad choice? sibylla_tksEasy to drink! You'll feel the flavor and it will kick right in...
I would like an entrée! sibylla_tksThis is the first normal Beaumichel I've had!
Unlike the others, I can't feel the gasiness, but it's still drinkable with low alcohol, no longer a juice...
As a thirsty drink to start with. Oh, it's delicious. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
