I was going to politely decline in a second, but I was starting to worry about the space for summer sake, so I gladly agreed! I'm going to compare the sanshu that I couldn't open for some reason: ☺️

At this point, it already has a savory or grain-like aroma.
The fine bubbles at the beginning are still present, and the sweetness felt in the mouth is moderate. From the middle to the end, it finishes with a soft bitterness with a moderately fine line. Overall, the impression is gorgeous and dry💕.
The graininess that lingers in the mouth after drinking, which I did not feel the last time I drank this wine. There is also a slightly malt-like atmosphere.
I was thinking of leaving some of it to enjoy the changes in aroma and taste over time,
But as I put it back in the fridge and drank some other clay, I noticed that it had reappeared and was empty... 😂
