Every time I open a bottle of Hozu, I want to peel off the sticker, but I've never succeeded.
I thought I opened the bottle carefully, but the cork flew out with a pop 🌠.
Compared to the Kako, the aroma is more subdued and the chouxiness is a little more pronounced. The sweetness and bitterness are clear from start to finish.
It is very elegant and well put together.
I had an image that it was more wild, but I felt it was very cool 😏.
Also, when I drank it a few days later, I found that although the schwarziness was a little less, it was still enough to be felt in the mouth, and the sweetness was much more pronounced.
The sharp impression was moderately full and gentle. ☺️
