The last of the production area is Yamada-Nishiki in two different breweries 😚.
If I had it, I would have tried to have it in a four-no brew of Yamadanishiki, but the only other Yamadanishiki available was a mixed brew with Ni-, Roku, and Hozu, so I tried to have it in the month of production 😂.
Finally, the usual Ni-no-no-no-nozo. What a relief!
When drinking only Yamadanishiki, it is as if you are drinking champagne, but when you compare them, you can feel the fullness of sweetness and the thickness of the line more than other rice 😌.
It is mundane in a good way.
This exquisite volume, the bitterness of the last, and the slight lactic acidity of this structure that doesn't make you think of the price are amazing😍.
