I enjoyed the report on the liquor store's warehouse so much that I wanted to go there once 😁 I heard it is in the middle of a huge mountain...
Of the 4 types they carry, I got the Gohyakumangoku Toku Jun and Yamada Nishiki Jun Dai ✨️
The concept is cool, from the naming to the label design! The name and design are memorable and particular at once. ‼️
Let's open the bottle of Tokujun first.
The aroma is pineapple-like fruity and mild, with a hint of the full-bodied sweetness of rice.
In the mouth, the first thing you notice is the smooth texture on the tongue. After that, the rice flavor that fills the mouth is impressive. It is not only sweet, but also has a perfect balance of firm umami and acidity that enhances it 😋.
The aftertaste was a bit weak, probably because it was drunk chilled.
It is onomatopoeic with "zaag zaag," but overall it has a high level of transparency and is clean yet moist. It is like Saara Saara 😙.
I think I'm going to get hooked on it 😆.
