I had uncorked it the day before and voila! It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Sweet and sour and spreading like a sizzle! Is this alcohol? It's still slightly carbonated and has a nice tangy feel to it, and the color is pretty too! I'm hooked on craft sake!

Comparison with yesterday's hiyaoroshi from Mimuro Sugi Same Omine Omachi Omine is sweeter and tastier! I like it so much! Mellow and smooth taste No alcohol feeling left behind, and the taste remains the same even when the temperature is raised a little! I prefer Omine ♡♡♡♡!

Husband's favorite brand. Autumn will be over 🍁. So we uncorked it! Melon-like ginjo aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it is powerful from the start! The deep umami spreads out, and as it fades away, there is a slight bitterness and a sense of alcohol. So-so in my opinion! Suitable for a mid-meal drink

Kouei Kiku: I love this sake so much. Gekko is my favorite, but I also like Mikumo. Now, Sky and others... The ginjo aroma is nice. Sweet and heavy, with acidity chasing after it. This, this, this... I can match my favorite sake with anything. Nabe, oden, snacks, salads... It went well with all of them! I have to pace myself so that I can keep it for tomorrow and onwards!

I let it sleep at home for a long time. It was very cold 😅. It still has the Sentori-like taste. Very easy to drink and not too sweet! The freshness and fruity taste is not lost at all and it's surprisingly easy to drink! No sweetness, sourness, or lingering aroma. We were going to open the bottle in Halloween. But due to various reasons, it has been delayed. It has a nice sweetness that is typical of Takachiyo. It's supposed to be inspired by Japanese pears. Modest juiciness. I think the slight bitterness gives it an autumnal flavor.

I missed out on getting it and happened to get it recently when it was restocked👍. It is more fruity on the palate than in the nose! It's smooth and has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to make it a great drink for casual occasions. The store owner recommended it for filing as the label is cute and peels off nicely! It's nice to collect labels to keep a record!
