I asked for something fruity at the first restaurant I went to and it came out ‼️ It was my second restaurant, so my stomach and alcohol were fairly full, I had a moderately sweet and well-flavored sake. It went well with the fried natto (fermented soybeans). It's a rare sake to find, so I sipped it slowly, but it was delicious!

Sake made from rare sake rice It's labeled "super-limited" and served at an expensive yakitori restaurant. It was served at an expensive yakitori restaurant. A little gassy. Slightly sweet and mellow, with a slight lingering taste in the mouth at the end. I want to drink it again!

Powerful flavor of Omachi Lychee type of sake that is not too sweet and settles nicely. It is also good that it doesn't leave any residue on the tongue! I drank it at the store last year and enjoyed it, I wanted to drink a lot of it this year so I bought it! Everyone in my family loved it, so it's a candidate for purchase again next year!

The brewer was at a sake store for an event and recommended it to me, so I bought it! Slightly dry, but not too sharp, soda type. It goes well with all kinds of food, so I finished it pretty quickly!

Famous for its Tensho sake naturally brewed sake Completely different from the classic sake with the acidity of Tenshizumi. The acidity is a bit of a kick at first, but after the second glass you get used to it, and it's like a white wine! It's not what I expected, but it was so good that they decided to sell it. This is a once in a lifetime experience!

2nd case Junmai sake with amazake added before pressing to keep the yeast alive. Fresh flavor with a gassy feel. Not the typical dry finish, but an elegant sweetness. Nice to drink on its own...
