I finally went to pick it up and opened the bottle that day!
I had never visited the brewery, so I tasted it while wondering what it would be like to have a freshly squeezed bottle.
The aroma is fresh, and immediately after taking it into the mouth, there is a numbing sensation and a clean sharpness on the upper jaw, with a delicious flavor on the tongue.
I like sweet and sour flavors, but this is a very mature taste for me!
As the day goes by, the sourness is added and it has a rummy taste.
