The bottle has been on standby since the end of the year and finally opened!
The aroma is gorgeous!
The first thing that comes to mind is the strong acidity, perhaps because it was chilled too long.
Then, umami, and soon it becomes sharp.
As the temperature rises, the acidity subsides and the sharpness becomes more noticeable.
It is a sake that should be enjoyed over a long period of time.
The next day, mix a little bit of oli that settled at the bottom of the bottle.
It seems light and faint.
No strong acidity at all, a little numbness remains on the tongue, but it is very easy to drink and tastes great!
This is why I can't quit drinking at home🤗.
