Great balance of bitterness, acidity and sweetness, just the way I like my sake! Also, it's exactly what the label (see picture) says it is, and I'm glad I picked it up.
The first day of spring has passed, and spring is approaching with three cold days and four warm days.
I️ saw the label and drank a lightly fizzy sake, and spring came to my mouth.
I'm having hay fever right now, so I don't understand the subtle aroma, but the sourness, sweetness and bitterness are just right. It has a clear taste, and I want to drink the water used for brewing at the brewery.
It's the first sake I've ever had, and it's a gentle sake with just the right amount of bitterness, astringency, sourness and umami that comes on slowly.
I received this sake at the end of the year, and it was unfiltered Ginjo Fukutori, which is a very strong sake. There was a website that said that adding ice or a little water to it would improve the flavor of the rice. I️ will give it a try next time.
I received this sake as a year-end gift, and it was my first Dewazuru in decades. A completely different sake from the one I received before!
Fresh aroma and mouthfeel, delicious ️ Also, it has a slight carbonation which I love.
Taagai (Cheers)!
It's a refreshing drink, with a balanced bitterness, sourness and sweetness afterwards... I bought it based on the label and it was a great decision.
The taste is refreshing, and the sourness, umami and bitterness come afterwards. You can feel a little thicker and more nostalgic.
It was a sake I bought a jacket for.
The gasiness, sweetness, good acidity, and piquancy were also felt.
I've never tasted this sake before. Could it be that I have the momentum to open a bottle of sake as it is? Are you worried about what happens when it gets a little warm?
Gorgeous aroma and soft taste on the palate. I drank it cold this time, but next time I have a chance to drink it, I'd like to try it at room temperature.
When I put it in my mouth, I could feel it thickening. Oatorator on the label, and maybe... a sweetness from the moderate bitterness and a little sourness, a fruity sake.
Right after you drink it, you can feel the banana from the kiwi fruit and the alcohol from the pleasant bitterness of the ministry.
Dry ministry, dry ministry.
