Feels fresh,
The acidity after the elegant sweetness is delicious!
I didn't know it when I was drinking it. ....
18 degrees banzai!
I couldn't forget the delicious taste of the 19° Tamagawa Yamahai Junmai Sake I had in Kyoto, so I bought some after I returned home.
As soon as I put it in my mouth, I felt freshness and a slight carbonation, and the sweetness was followed by a nice spiciness.
Sake with a clear aroma and a thickened taste, but it comes in easily.
It is quite dry, with a pungent spiciness that comes later.
We are currently enjoying it with a mushroom hot pot.
It is delicious!
First time drinking.
It was my favorite sake, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. As the word-of-mouth review says, I could taste the strawberry flavor. However, the aroma is not so strong.
Atago no Matsu from Shinzawa Brewery, my favorite Hakurakusei brewery.
This was the first sake I bought in a PET bottle at a liquor store. I was going to buy one bottle because of its weight, but it was too light, so I bought another bottle of drunken whale in a PET bottle. I had drunk this sake a long time ago, but I was reminded again that it was fresh and had a good lingering acidity.
Since I emptied the Tsuki no Katsura Junmai, I next had the Celebration 80% Junmai. I prefer the Celebration. It has a good balance of sweetness followed by sourness.
Delicious! Next, I would like to drink it at room temperature.
As I wrote last December that I would be back next year, I received it again this year.
I love the schwizziness that comes along with just the right amount of sweetness and tartness! Delicious!
I say again this year and next year!
It smells fresh, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel a super fine carbonation.
The taste is clean and dry, with a moderate aftertaste and amami.
First time drinking.
Refreshing to the palate, with a sweet and spicy taste that slowly builds up.
I would like to try other Kinoshita sake brewed by Mr. Harper.
First time drinking.
The sake rice used changes every month in the Tourmai series.
This time, it was Miyamanishiki for September.
This sake has a soft mouthfeel with moderate acidity. It is also delicious!
