A sweet, umami, and spicy sake with a clean mouthfeel.
The good spiciness and bitterness will linger in the mouth.
We would definitely like to try it warmed.
Refreshing to the palate, with a sweetness that is followed by a moderate spiciness and bitterness.
This sake is also for the coming season! I'll drink it again!
It was DELICIOUS✭SAKE as it says on the cap.
Okunomatsu is the first drink I have had in ten years? I remember drinking it at a buckwheat noodle restaurant I used to go to. The smell is subdued, and the spiciness comes through quickly with a refreshing aftertaste. I had it cold this time, but next time I will try it lukewarm or at room temperature.
The sake had a moderate sweetness after the bitterness and spiciness.
It is said to be good heated or chilled, so I would like to try it heated next time.
The first time I drank at a Kochi restaurant, I fell in love with it!
It has a refreshing taste with a good acidity and spiciness.
It is a delicious sake.
After all, it is best served with salted bonito!
To the best of my memory, this is my first time to drink in Chiba.
It has a nice, sweet and sour taste followed by my favorite, a swooshing sensation.
See you next year!
If I remember correctly, it was the first time for me to try kudoki-geki in 25 years, but it was the same impression as that time, and the taste was the same.
The sweetness and the good bitterness are the best!
