Ginjo super dry! Sake degree is +21! As a person who loves dry and refreshing sake, I really liked the texture and the way it went down my throat. I was excited to know that there was something so refreshing, yet not too harsh! I was so excited. However, I have to admit that I didn't really understand it because it had been stripped of its turbidity too much (). I would like to try it again after drinking a little more. Yuho no Yu ~Hoho☺♨♨ I drank hot sake for the first time in my life! When I huffed and puffed (because I have a cat tongue), the smell was so good that I almost guzzled it down. Special Junmai sake. I chilled it at home. It was the last toast of the year with my husband! (He had beer). I drank it thinking that I couldn't tell the difference between it and junmai sake. The first sip was sweet! But when it went down my throat, I got the impression that it was heavy with rice. If I had been able to compare it with junmai sake, I would have been able to tell the difference.
