Ginjo super dry!
Sake degree is +21!
As a person who loves dry and refreshing sake, I really liked the texture and the way it went down my throat.
I was excited to know that there was something so refreshing, yet not too harsh! I was so excited.
However, I have to admit that I didn't really understand it because it had been stripped of its turbidity too much ().
I would like to try it again after drinking a little more.
