Special Junmai sake. I chilled it at home. It was the last toast of the year with my husband! (He had beer).
I drank it thinking that I couldn't tell the difference between it and junmai sake. The first sip was sweet! But when it went down my throat, I got the impression that it was heavy with rice. If I had been able to compare it with junmai sake, I would have been able to tell the difference.
