The citrus aroma and spiciness are exquisite. It has a good balance of sweetness and freshness, and Parker's 92 point rating is not an exaggeration.
I paired it with sashimi of sakura sea bream, spinach with tofu, tomato and corn bruschetta, and sauteed lotus root.
