It has a fruity aroma with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It's a very good Omachi. It goes in and out easily and you never get tired of drinking it. I'm so glad I got a bottle. The appetizers were grilled chicken kimo, Tochioage, mozzarella cheese and mushroom caprese.

We opened this bottle to commemorate the sunny days of the rainy season. It's a direct pumping version of the Masanotchi, and the taste is fresh and gorgeous. It has a long aftertaste and a lot of sweetness. It's the perfect accompaniment to sashimi and kabuto-nikomi.

We open a full bottle of Ganochi. It's elegant, but the flavor of Yamada-kun spreads like wildfire. With a nice aftertaste, it was an endless loop of sake and snacks. We were happy. The appetizers were mussel sashimi, grilled scallop with miso, grilled shishito peppers, and sardine ball soup.

Active nigori and 5 minutes to open the bottle. It is an adult melon soda. It has a mild aroma, and when you taste it, you can feel the malted rice flavor spreading and making your mouth happy. It is a perfect bottle for this season. I'm glad I bought it in spring and saved it. We had green beans and chicken tsukune, tuna sashimi, green beans with sesame paste and cod roe.

A refreshing beetle on a gloomy day. Just like your review, it was a beautiful sake with gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste. In our house, we argue about whether to drink it with lemon or grapefruit. It's delicious, so I don't mind either way. The dish is green pepper paste, sashimi of squid and boiled spinach.
