We had it at a stylish Hawaiian restaurant that seemed to have taimatsu cooking around the restaurant.
There were 7 or 8 kinds of Niigata sake, but I chose Tsunan, which I had never had before.
It was fruity and very tasty.
At Hananoka Sake Brewery (Hanakairo).
The "Natural Farming" was not originally intended to be for sale, but since they had sold out of "Hananoka Sakurabana" and other products and had nothing to sell, they offered it for sale on a limited basis. I knew I would buy it immediately. It was a good thing we came to the brewery.
Compared to the normal type, it has a stronger yogurt taste and higher aroma. Delicious!
Michael joking, nice to meet you 😀.
I am so envious of this line of produce that I had to comment 😀.
There are very few stores selling them in my part of the world... so I guess it's good to have a brewery 😀.
Hello, Yasube!
I was so lucky to travel all the way to Kumamoto to buy the new sake just starting to be sold and hand-planted natural farming on the same day I went to the flower corridor ♡.
At Hana-no-Kaori Sake Brewery (Hanakairo).
The shopkeeper told me, "Today is the first time it's on the shelves in the store. I immediately bought it because I was sure that the sanshu I drank yesterday was labeled "2022 Yamadanishiki".
This sake had just been released from the brewery. I was told that I should wait a couple of days before drinking it to appreciate its true flavor, but it was gone in an instant....
At a soba noodle restaurant in Minamiaso.
Reizan" = sacred mountain. Aso is the center of faith and spiritual center of the Aso area.
We compared 10% Soba and 80% Soba over a cup of sake, which is also the origin of the name of the restaurant.
A short trip with my family.
Bringing sake that my niece gave me.
Yoshimura is a sake made under the concept of "resource recycling✕ agriculture". It is fruity and mild.
It seems to be distributed regionally in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
I'm a sucker for limited editions, so I'll have one.
I picked up some Kurume's B-class gourmet food.
It was dry and delicious.
I have been in Shimonoseki on a business trip since Monday.
Yamaguchi is a sake area, but they don't have any local sake. So I decided on an all-you-can-drink plan and brought my own sake with permission.
Kiyo (Takaharu) seems to be brewed by the same master brewer as Ki. I like it better than Ki because it is more fruity.
At Baraya for a long time.
Local sake from Hirado, Nagasaki. Hirado has an impressive Christian cathedral. Hiran's logo also looks like a cross.
Nikkomaru" is Nagasaki's original rice. When you eat it, you will smile.
This sake also made me smile when I drank it.
This is the fifth cup of bara-ya in a long time.
This is also the first time I have had this brand.
It seems to be from a very small brewery near Fushimi Inari.
It was even better than I expected!
