This was the first time I drank "Chiebijin" written in kanji (Chinese characters)! It was a gift, but the kanji Chiebijin seems to be distributed locally, and like the hiragana Chiebijin, it was slightly sweet and full of flavor!

You call it Kagami with flower bud fruit. It is my first time. The label looks pretty too. I thought it looked dry, but I'm glad I liked it so much! You can't really understand sake until you try it.

I had a glass while waiting for Naoya Inoue🥊s match. I wondered how much sugar was in it since it has a sake degree of -20, but I think it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness with a lot of malic acid. It is very easy to drink.
