We had a local sake in Matsumoto!
This sake was recommended to us as a fruity sake. As recommended, the sake was very tasty and I guzzled it down!
We enjoyed it with a side dish of local delicacy, horse sashimi.
Picking up Sanzokuyaki in Matsumoto City.
It was my first time to try "Sanzokuyaki" and it was delicious.
It might have been a little too good for pre-dawn.
The owner told me that it contains ingredients that make your skin beautiful. My skin will be smooth tomorrow.
In Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, over a bowl of Komagane's famous sauced pork cutlet rice. I was still in good health before climbing Mt. Kiso Komagatake~!
It's been a while since Hananoka's Cherry Blossom.
Tomorrow is the release date of Hananoka Shuzo's Sanso no Hozu and 5 Nozomi. I'm going to Nagoya tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I should buy it.

After drinking Kankoubai, it seemed dry to me. When I opened the bottle, about a third of it spewed out with too much force. The dynamite on the label might mean that!
The third station of Hanami without loving cherry blossoms.
Sake from Yamaguchi for my friend who likes dry sake. Deep fried trout and taro with sake.
The marriage of the oil in the dish and the dry sake.
It's the best.
Cherry blossoms have not yet bloomed, but I had a hanami drink with my friends.
The second stop was Hirotogawa. It's been a while since I had a drink, but it's still delicious.
Drinking at home with a sake lover.
This is the second bottle of Tenpyo. Everyone said the freshly pressed sake was delicious, but I usually like this junmai ginjo too. I went out of my way to ask someone who was traveling in Kagoshima to buy it for me. I'll ask him again.
I bought this bottle because of the label. Since it is from Saga Prefecture, I hoped it would be fruity like Nabeshima. It is not fruity, but very easy to drink! This sake is brewed with a yeast called "flower yeast. It does not have a floral aroma, but it is a sake to drink in the spring when you are in love!
Drinking at home with sake lovers.
I drink only sake from the Tohoku region, so I was surprised to find such delicious sake in Kagoshima! We were all surprised to see such a delicious sake in Kagoshima. Tenpyo is good even by itself, but when it was freshly pressed, it was like an elegant champagne.
I received this bottle from a person in Aomori.
I fell in love with Toyobai after drinking it on a business trip to Aomori.
The Junmai sake is a bit drier than I expected. But it is full of the flavor of Toyobai rice. It's great for lunchtime drinking.
Sake from Hirado, Nagasaki.
Sake brewed with 25% polished sake rice, Nikomaru.
It is said that 25% was chosen in reference to "Nikomaru"!
It is very fresh, sweet, and delicious, but has a refreshing aftertaste. The alcohol content is also low, so I enjoyed it easily.
First time drinking Tenka.
This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store in Kumamoto.
I am glad I trusted the liquor store! It was very tasty. Aroma like white peaches.
