One that I was interested in when I saw it featured on the "Sake and School" YouTube channel. I found it at Imadeya in Kinshicho Parco, so I brought it there and opened it on my birthday. I opened the bottle on my birthday. Almost no aroma. The color is a pale yellow. The taste of bubbles and clean acidity in the mouth, and it disappears quickly and cleanly. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink on its own, which is dangerous. My partner, who was drinking it with me, said this is exactly like a rumney! My partner, who was drinking it with me, said, "This is just like a rumney! You can drink it as much as you want until the aftertaste is over. We drank a lot of other things, but we drank the whole bottle together, and it didn't give us a headache the next day, maybe because of the low alcohol content?

The aroma is already sairai. Sweet muscat. It is sweet, but the body is firm. There is a sense of alcohol at the end. When it is warm, the sweetness of rice also comes. Sairai is less than 2,000 yen for a four-pack, and I can't take my eyes off of it because Kitanishi Brewery releases a lot of sakes that I like. But recently I've been thinking about Hiran... I'm so proud of all the sake breweries that make good sake. I have my likes and dislikes, but I want to continue to enjoy drinking sake.

Little aroma but a hint of apple. The pungency of alcohol and sourness come in. It is crisp and refreshing, but also tingling. When it is cold, you can feel the crispness, and when it gets a little warm, you can feel the thickness and alcohol. Yes, I like it. I have been thinking that I like Sairai, but after drinking two kinds of sake, I am almost ready to change my mind. I found other specs at Isego, so I want to buy a bottle of each if they have any left next time I go there lol.

The aroma is less but fruity. In the mouth it is dry, sweet and dry. The dryness sandwiches the sweetness, and there's a tangy coolness. As it gets a little wet, the riceiness increases. After two days, the fizziness is gone, and the rice flavor has mellowed and increased. This is still good at higher temperatures and after two days. This was the first sake I encountered at the Fukushima Fair at Queen's Isetan.

It was the first time I visited a sake shop and the owner recommended it to me, so I bought it. The store had five types of sake ranging from junmai (pure rice) to junmai daiginjo, but I went with the special junmai that the owner said he fell in love with. The owner said the playful design of the deer horns with a woodpecker on it was nice. I don't care how polished the sake is, but as the owner said, the aroma is more of rice than ginjo aroma. The color is a light yellow. The color is a light yellow, and the rice has a firm sweetness and umami flavor. As you drink it, a tangy sensation rises on your tongue, giving it the feel of a rice wine with a solid body. Since I was drinking only sake, I tried to drink it with some pickled eggplant and chopped horse mackerel. It's a very strong sake. It is quite a strong sake. I like fruity sake, so it's a little different from my strike taste, and to be honest, I may not be able to tell the difference from other junmai sake of this type. Compared to the rest, Tenmei, which I drank the other day, Tenmei has a fruity aroma and is easy to drink. I guess it is true that the human brain is deceived by aroma. I wonder if I will be able to appreciate rice-like sake when I get tired of drinking fruity sake. I will practice lol. I will recommend you again!" said the owner, and I like the fact that they have a long relationship with the Northwest Brewery and have a good selection! I will go back!

The aroma is slightly fruity with little flavor. Smooth mouthfeel, rice flavor, and lingering bitterness. After returning to the bar after drinking a variety of other drinks, it is a good sake that can be drunk easily with a slight acidity in the aftertaste, perfect for a mealtime drink.

One of the bottles purchased at a tasting at the Kagoya Sengawa store. It has a refreshing aroma of rum, muscat, and apple. It is an entertaining sake, and the cork is opened and closed several times before it is opened, during which the cage in the bottle turns on its own. It has a lot of sweetness, but the carbonation is refreshing. The rice flavor is also present. It is surprisingly drinkable even when the temperature rises. I used up a four-pack of sake in one day. (My partner and I drank it together that day.)

A little light-colored effervescence. The aroma is a combination of sweetness and sourness, with a hint of rice. It has a sour aftertaste and is rather refreshing. The sharpness is good. It also has a rice-like quality, and for 14.5 degrees of alcohol, it also feels thick. When it becomes lukewarm, it has a mellowness.

Fresh fruity aroma like apple and muscat. When you drink it, it has a sweet and sour taste for a moment, but it is also thick and you can feel the mellowness of the rice. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it does not leave a strange aftertaste, and it is clean and clear. It has a gorgeous aroma but is refreshing, so it would be good as a food sake for people who like fruity sake. If we were to classify it into 4 types, I would say it is a mellow sake. Or is it a mellow sake, or is it a fragrant sake, but it has too much aroma to be called a refreshing sake? Well, in the end, these 4 types of classification are difficult for me...

Purchased at Ikebukuro Tobu. I had served Raifuku at my part time job and was curious about it because customers said it was delicious. I was also interested in it because it is from Ibaraki, the same city as Morishima, which I like. Since this was the only type of Raifuku around 2,000 yen at Tobu, I bought it without hesitation. As the name "Sweet" implies, it has a nice pineapple-like aroma, sourness, and sweetness. It is not too strong, so even though it is sweet, you can enjoy it without hesitation. It is delicious. As you drink it, you can feel its thickness, but it is still sweet and sour while it is cold. I heard that the brewery uses various kinds of flower yeast, and I am interested in their other sakes as well. As a Tokyoite who likes sake from the Kanto region, I would like to follow up with Morishima Shuzo and Raifuku Shuzo as well.

Purchased at Ikebukuro Tobu. I was curious about the water base. It is a yellowish liquor, and the aroma is sweet, like dried grapes? It has a sweet, dried grape-like aroma. In the mouth, it is thick and sticky like an aged sake. It has a long, dry, bitter aftertaste, and in general is a solid, heavy sake. Delicate snacks will not go well with it. To be honest, this is not my favorite type of sake (I am still a beginner and tend to avoid strong, dark sake), but this one has a rich flavor that may be addictive! The official web site of this brewery recommends heating the sake, although they say it is a draft sake and needs to be kept cool.

I got it at my part time job and enjoyed it so much that I bought it myself. The clean aroma foreshadows a slight fruity flavor. In the mouth, it is crisp and muscat-like, with a sharp, yet umami taste of rice. There is also a slightly pungent spiciness that lingers in the nose. The lingering finish is slightly long and slightly bitter, but not unpleasant. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), which was cheap because it was close to its expiration date! LOL! Morishima is delicious, and so is this one that the great sake master Yokoyama Taikan said he could name it after him!

Mr. Partner purchased the wine from among seven varieties he was allowed to try at a liquor store tasting. Sourness and sweetness reminiscent of green apple and pineapple. Wild aftertaste with a sense of rice and a rough sweetness. This is a nice, robust taste.

I visited a liquor store tasting and purchased one of the seven types of wine they had available. It is a hard, refreshing sake. The sharpness is pleasant. My partner who drank it claimed that it tastes like melon when the temperature rises! He insisted that it tastes like melon when the temperature rises. We tend to drink sour and sweet sake, so it is nice to have a refreshing sake like this once in a while.

Stable (← I mean as much as I like it) Northwest. Sourness and sweetness. It's quite sweet, but not too sharp, and it's not rough, so you can drink it easily. It's like a soda. But it also has a sense of rice and thickness, so it's not just a Ramune, but a delicious sake. PS: Well, it's pretty sweet. It seems like a good way to appeal to people in their 20's who like Cassioles and the like, that there are fruity and tasty sake. I think it would be popular with girls, but then again, I'm an old lady, so maybe I don't feel the same way anymore💦.

Sour aroma. It goes in easily, but has weight. The aftertaste is a little rough with sourness and sweetness. It has the umami of rice, but it is also rather sharp. This is my favorite type of rice-like wine. I may repeat it! What is that masking tape-like thing on the neck with the Braille-like print (actually bumpy) on it? It's cute as a pattern, but it also seems to mean something. PS: When I went to Isego to repeat the purchase, I found that they no longer carried the regular product, but only the slightly more expensive and premier one (4,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle), so I bought another brand. I'm of the school of thought that I'd like to drink a variety of sake for around 2,000 yen for a four-pack.

The bottle was opened. Slightly gassy. No acidity. It is a beautiful food sake, with a sense of rice but not too heavy. According to the partner who drank it for the first time two days later, it is thick and spicy from the beginning. The aftertaste lingers on the tongue for a long time. He said it has a lot of volume.

The bottle was opened quietly (no gas feeling). Sourness comes relatively but it is thick, and the aftertaste is a little sweet with some bitterness. My partner, who drank it for the first time two days later, said, "Oh, this is a melon! He said, "Oh my God, it's a melon! It feels cool on the tongue. There is a sweetness from the rice, but it is not sluggish.

The bottle was opened with a splash. Nice aroma. The aroma is refreshing and a little sweet. When you drink it, it is heavier than expected, and you can feel the umami of the rice. After the middle and unique taste, it has a rather long aftertaste with a rice flavor. However, when I drank it two days later, the aftertaste was not as long. Overall, it is an elegant sake.
