Taki's signature dry junmai sake, which was used as a chow mein in the Ise-Shima Summit. The aroma is mild and the dryness is just right, making it an excellent lunchtime drink. Quite a fine sake!
This is the first time I drank this at home. It's relatively mellow and a little sweet, but it's easy to drink, so you can drink it on its own. The price is in the 1,500-yen class, so you can drink it on its own. Also, the president of the brewery is young and has taken on many challenges, so I'd like to pay attention to him for that.
Hatsu Nabeshima is a classic junmai ginjo sake, purple label.
It has a nice balance between the mellow ginjo aroma and easy to drink, somewhat between Shinsei and Houobiden. image of the drink.
I want to try the other series.
Yamaguchi's Gangi. The freshness and roughness that is typical of unpasteurized sake right after opening the package is a nice and powerful impression. It has a nice roughness to it.
