Just by opening the sealed bottle Fresh and full of gorgeous aroma! The mouthfeel is like drinking a living sake. It's like drinking straight from the barrel. It's clear, but with a strong statement. The alcohol content is 16%, but it feels very high. I love it! The aroma is amazing even as it goes down your throat! Anyway, the aroma stands out. It's amazing!

Unknown sake, purchased at a local liquor store... Try drinking it chilled Not much aroma. Taste is mildly umami. It's a mild umami-guchi sake. It is a very good sake for a meal. The aftertaste is acidic, but not cloying. But it is not too much, and it is very nice. The price is 2,400 yen, so it's a good value for money! I think it is a good sake that you will not get tired of drinking 😊.

My favorite Mansaku no Hana I heard that the aroma improves when it is heated in a bottle... Bottle heating means heating the sake after bottling. Indeed, the moment you tipped your cup, you could smell the gorgeous aroma... No wonder the brewery is so confident in recommending it! Very good sake!
