Sake for good health and family safety
The sake shop owner went to the brewery in Chiba at 3:00 in the morning to pick up the sake.
We were very grateful for the sake.
Up-sabori
Since it is a pure sake, it is lighter than the usual Dai-Shichi Namahashio.
But the umami flavor comes through well.
Nama sake, this is delicious!
Refreshingly subtle aroma,
The acidity and umami are pleasant.
Slightly spicy to finish,
Slightly spicy at the end of the day, or in the rainy season
I wonder if it goes well with a refreshing summer dish.
Harushika after a long time,
It's been a long time since I've had Nara's sake
The crisp mouthfeel is followed by
followed by a mild umami flavor that spreads without unpleasantness.
The label is also beautiful!
I almost finished it in 3 days, so I saved it!

This one, too, is an upsurge,
