It smells good. I'm not sure what it is or what it smells like. It's not strong, but it smells good! The taste is smooth, and I don't think the sweetness is that strong, but it's the most impressive. Maybe it's because I don't feel much acidity. It was delicious.

I missed the Risshun drinking. It is "Risshun morning pressing" of Senkou. It is said that this sake is prayed for good health, safety in the home and prosperity in business. I knew it for the first time this year. It's not strong, but it has a gorgeous aroma, a sense of gas, a gentle sweetness, and a sourness at the end. I hope you will be well this year.

It was sold at room temperature and was very tasty with a light, shuffly flavor. The aroma is mild, but it has a nice fluffy scent. When you put it in your mouth, it has a good balance of gas, mild umami, sweetness, and acidity, and it goes down nicely. I'd like to try it warmed up. I wanted to try it warmed, but before I knew it, the four-pack was gone. I'd like to revisit it sooner rather than later to try a heated bottle.

It is the sake of the December of the Imaeya Hanpukai. It is a well-balanced, clean and delicious sake like Tenmei. We warmed it up as recommended. IWC2020 Champion Salmon Award Commemorative. This is the first Kido and Muryosan we have had. The aroma is mild and sweet. At the first sip, I didn't understand the taste because it was my first taste and I swallowed it quickly and it was gone. This is a local sake from Chiba Prefecture. Denshogiku Origarami Unfiltered Raw Sake. I was attracted by the calm and beautiful label, so I bought it by the jacket. The aroma has a melon-like nuance. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the tingling of gas on the tip of your tongue, and the sweetness and umami are strong and dense. I tried it with chocolate, but it didn't lose at all.

I drank it last year and it became my favorite sake, in other words, the best sake in the world. It was hard to buy, and I gave up on the idea of drinking it this year, but this snowman came home again this year as a restock. Thank you, Sentry, for making so many of these. Cold sake. Of course it's delicious. It's crispy, sweet and sour and happy. Not only is it good cold sake, it's also good warmed. The gasiness is gone, but the sweetness and sourness of the sake is slowly but surely delicious.
