This is my first noble brew. The aroma is pear. When you drink it, the sweetness is huge. It also has sourness. The aftertaste is long and sweet, but the sourness disappears nicely. I can't drink a lot, but I want to enjoy it little by little, it was a delicious sake.

Cold sake. The aroma is muscat. What makes the rice smell like this? When you drink it, it's grape juice. As soon as it enters your mouth, the sweetness comes out in a big way, and the second half of the drink is not bitter. It's 18% alcohol, with a little bitterness at the end. It's delicious.

The principle of the nama no namakashizake (raw sake brewing) that can be enjoyed warmed up. The label looks like a beautiful fireworks display, but it's an ear of rice. When you drink it cold, the taste is like a thin yogurt drink (but it's delicious). When it's warmed up, the aroma of the rice and the sweetness of the rice become stronger, and it's really delicious.
