IWC2020 Champion Salmon Award Commemorative.
This is the first Kido and Muryosan we have had.
The aroma is mild and sweet.
At the first sip, I didn't understand the taste because it was my first taste and I swallowed it quickly and it was gone.
After the second sip, when I tasted it thoroughly, the umami continued for a long time, and after swallowing, the sweetness and sourness came and it was very delicious.
I felt that the flavor increased as it approached room temperature.
