It is "Risshun morning pressing" of Senkou.
It is said that this sake is prayed for good health, safety in the home and prosperity in business. I knew it for the first time this year.
It's not strong, but it has a gorgeous aroma, a sense of gas, a gentle sweetness, and a sourness at the end.
