This sake is made by a guy on a sake youtube channel that I watch all the time.
I was curious about the rice, koji, and brewing process, and wanted to support him, so I bought this.
The aroma is cool and grassy. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to taste it for the first time.
It was smooth, sweet, and crisp, but had a radish-like taste in the middle.
