This is my favorite sake from Fukushima.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous.
From the pink label, I imagined a strong sweetness, but there is sweetness, but not too strong, and there is a tingling and gassy feeling on the tip of the tongue, and the umami and clean acidity make me happy while in the mouth.
