This is a local sake from Chiba Prefecture.
Denshogiku Origarami Unfiltered Raw Sake.
I was attracted by the calm and beautiful label, so I bought it by the jacket.
The aroma has a melon-like nuance.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the tingling of gas on the tip of your tongue, and the sweetness and umami are strong and dense.
I tried it with chocolate, but it didn't lose at all.
