It is the sake of the December of the Imaeya Hanpukai.
It is a well-balanced, clean and delicious sake like Tenmei. We warmed it up as recommended.
It has the aroma of softly cooked rice and a little sweetness. When you drink it, the umami comes first, followed by a gentle sweetness and acidity, and it's delicious all the way through. I like it a lot. I would like to drink it again.
