Although I was told by the shop owner that it would be difficult to open the bottle, I opened it quickly.
When I poured it, it seemed to be very smooth. It felt good.
You can clearly see the grains of rice, and it looks like sweet sake on the outside. But when you drink it, it's like a lactic acid-based sake soda.
It has a battery sweetness and a sourness. But it also has a rich flavor.

I've been waiting a long time to open a bottle of tono no doburoku!
As far as we can see, the rice still has its original shape, so we finally got a bottle that is more like eating than drinking!

Right after opening the bottle, even though it's a screw cap, be careful not to spill! Pour it down the drain and open the bottle a little at a time, being careful not to spill!
When you pour it into the sake cup, you can see that it is smooth and slippery...

The scent is really mellow, like cyclamen flowers, with a nice soapy fragrance🌸.
The aroma is mellow, but the taste is just dry. Clean and dignified, maybe because it's been a little while since I bought it, but it's soothing! Good!

とても甘い、べっこう飴のよう、桜餅のような生地のイメージ。
ちょっとしたピリピリ感、わずかな苦味。
