I had heard that it was a very rare sake, so when I found it at the liquor store, I got excited!
And because it was the last bottle, we got it just in time.
Because it's from a winery, the entrance was fruity and sweet.
The aftertaste was quite spicy and astringent, so I think it wasn't as easy to drink as I thought it would be.
It was a well-balanced type with a gorgeous entrance and a strong sake feeling in the aftertaste.
I opened it when I was drunk, so to be honest, I drank it without really understanding it.
Well, it was a shame.
