ぺんしろう
The sharpness is wonderful.
It smells fluffy and a little fruity, and then it goes away quickly. This makes you want to drink the next one right away.
The alcoholic sensation comes lightly and gradually, so you don't mind the spiciness so much.
It is very good. This is the kind of sake I've heard so much about.
When I drank the special junmai-shu before, I thought it was not to my liking because it had a strong sake feeling, but the junmai-ginjo was very much to my liking.
