It's sweet, and the flavor is a little thick.
It has a fruity feel, but the mellow, raw sake flavor wins out. However, the sweetness and intensity of the flavor quickly disappear, so it has a refreshing feel.
It has a perfect balance of both mellow and refreshing, and it is very delicious.
I think it is one of the easiest mellow sakes to drink.
And the name "Akai Ito" and the label are very stylish.
I'd like to know why they named it Akai Ito!
The design is by an illustrator named Ai Kono. It seems that the word "Akai Ito" originated in China, from the story of the wedding shop in "Zoku Yūkyūroku", where a red rope is tied around the foot instead of a red thread around the little finger. I tried to design a modern version of that story".
The design reminds us of the Taisho era, and the fact that she is wearing a kimono with a radical pattern creates a unique atmosphere.
So cool!
It's an 80% jacket buy.
