y_tucci1978After drinking Kamerei last time, I went to the brewery to purchase it again. It is a brewed sake, but it is still delicious! However, compared to the Junmai-Ginjo of Kinmon-Nishiki that I drank last time, I still prefer the Junmai-Ginjo. It's a good cost performance. I heard that this one is also limited to Shinshu? I think Kamerei is the brewery that makes my favorite sake among all the ones I have had so far!

The day before, I had had it at a famous restaurant in Aomori, Osashirai-san, and had a very good impression of Toyokai (the rice wine was also delicious...). It is not too fruity, but it is not too assertive and does not interfere with food. It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much. Quite to my liking.
