A series of drinks only available in Aizu. Uekiya's limited edition Yamayo mark reverse Yaemon Nama. It has a sake degree of -18. It has a sweet and sour yogurt-like aroma, a full flavor, and is light and pleasant to drink. Indeed, it is more like a white wine than a sake, which is understandable. Pair it with Aizu's specialty, pickled kipper with Japanese pepper.
At an izakaya in Aizuwakamatsu. This is what came out when I asked to drink sake, which is only available in Aizu. It is not easy to buy sake in Aizu.
I paired it with pickled herring with Japanese pepper, another Aizu specialty. It was a happy moment.
It has a slight effervescence and is light, so I know it's for summer. But I thought it would have been better if it was more dry and refreshing. I felt the aftertaste was not much different from other AKABUs. Just my personal opinion as a tastophobic.
The moment you drink it, the slight carbonation that spreads is pleasant. The flavor is banana-like, with an aroma similar to that of tropical fruits. It is light on the palate and is right on trend with today's sake. It is delicious!
